I got a mail today from the ever reliable AIR21! The package came from e-census…yes, we got our NSO copy of the marriage certificate after getting the email telling me that it would take us 1o to 15days since marriage certificates dated May 2009 have not yet been converted to electronic format …I think they manually got the microfilms for the digital version at the NSO main office. For Php350.00, it wasn’t really bad at all. Come to think of the hassle one has to go through if you are to get it personally!
