Your wedding gown was only worn once and you loved it the day your picked it out and purchased it. So, once it has been worn, what do you do with it?
If you haven't recovered yet from the expenses incurred during the wedding, then these DIY gown preservation method may work for you.
Step 1
1. Bring you gown to a professional dry cleaner.
2. Purchase a box of space saver bags at your local home store.( You can buy one from Japan Home @ Php88.00 each)
2. Step 2
After purchasing your space saver bags, open the large one with the zipper provided at the top of the plastic space bag. Gently, insert your precious wedding gown,veils, pillows and pouch.
3. Step 3
Once your wedding gown and veil are zipped up inside the space saver vacuum bag, take off the top of the black hole where the vacuum will be placed on. Now, turn on your vacuum and let the suctioning begin.
4. Step 4
When it looks like all the air has been suctioned out of your space saver bag, remove the vacuum from the hole and replace with the black top to keep the air out.
Put it on a box with acetate cover for a more professional look.
