Pork Steak

Here's my take on Pork Steak...well if prices of daily commodities seem to bother you, well here's a meal that will surely satisfy your stomach and your purse...From the pricey beef to a little less cheaper pork...

Ingredients
Cooking oil
Pork meat (liempo or kasim)
Soy Sauce
Kalamansi Juice
Worcestershire Sauce
Onion rings

Procedure:
1. Cut pork meat into strips. You can go with liempo if you want some "taba" or go with pork kasim.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
3. Stir in pork strips until the pinkish color on the meat disappears.
4. Set aside.
5. Pour soy sauce, kalamansi juice, Worcestershire sauce and let the pork strips blend into the marinade.
6. Simmer til tender.
7. Season with sugar and a hint of salt.
8. Stir in onion rings.
* if you want a thicker sauce, stir in half a teaspoon of cornstrach dissolved in hot water.
