On Guest Zoning-By Fellow W@Wie Eva

Hi mga sis! Narealize ko bka helpful ito sa mga gumagawa at gagawa na ngguestlist kya share ko lng sa inyo, own experience ko...medyo long read ha...sa mga past weddings na napuntahan ko, ngarag ung bride the night before becauseof the seating arrangements ng bawat guest. Kc common practice satin to assign aguest to a specific table number. Pro luckily, my coordinator advised me toimplement "Zoning". Pampadali lng ng buhay nating mga brides.
In "zoning", the arrangement will be divided into "zones" based onclassifications (like relative, friend, officemate etc) then it's free seatingin that "zone". Therefore, all we have to do is classify our guests kng cno ungrelatives natin, friends, officemates, classmates etc. Eh ung pagkagawa ko ngguest list ko naka group na tlga so I didn't have to edit my guestlist. It's upto our coordinators to get the total number of seats per zone/classification pramaka-assign na sila ng corresponding # of tables. Nakita kong advantage dito is:
1. Of course, no hassle sa bride to assign table numbers
2. You don't have to worry kng sino ung hindi pwde itabi kanino. Kasi they canchoose seats without having to worry if someone is assigned there or not.
3. For last minute guests, no need to worry kng wala naka-assign table number saknila. Since hindi rigid ang arrangement, the coordinator can easily seat themin their zone or near their zone.
4. If there are people who fail to show up, the gaps/spaces will not be easilynoticed since the coordinators could have other people sit down on the gaps,again without having to worry kng baka dumating ung naka-assign dun at kelanganpa magpalit ng seating assignments etc.I didn't know about this method until I started meeting with Luciole Eventsregularly. Sol suggested it pra daw less stress sakin. I was very impressed athow they made everything easy for me, and how they handled the seatingarrangement. Hindi nmn puno ung lahat ng tables, pero hindi tlga halata.I have no idea kng general knowledge ba ito sa mga event organizers or not, soplease do ask your coordinator din if they have previous experience in handlingthis. Cyempre for this to be effective dapat alam nila pano ihandle ungimpormptu seating assignments.I'm also sharing this pra in case may naloloka na sa paggawa ng seatingarrangement, baka lng makatulong ito.
