10:00 Arrival of the coordinators at the hotel, finalize details
Groom should have taken a bath already
11:00 Arrival of Photo and Video – Blessings Photography
Ms. Myra should start setting up by this time (reception and church)
Assist ordering of food
11:30 Bride’s make-up should be done now
Pictorial of the accessories of the Bride
11:45 Bride’s pictorial
12:00 Lunch
12:45 Bride should be dressing up

Check bridal car and bouquet
1:00 Gather all paraphernalia that will be used at the church and reception
